1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ITFocus (itfocus.in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts & Membership

Students and employers must create an account and maintain an active membership to post listings or apply to opportunities. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Listings & Applications

Employers must post accurate internship and job information. Students must provide truthful profile and application details. ITFocus may remove content that is misleading, abusive, or illegal.

4. Payments

Membership and course fees are processed via our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay). Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Platform Role

ITFocus connects students and employers. We are not the employer for listings posted by third parties and are not responsible for hiring decisions, stipend payments by employers, or workplace disputes unless stated otherwise for a specific program.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape the site, spam users, post fraudulent openings, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
